I've thought about it, and I shall not be so bothered about such comments. It was reallie not meant for me to hear anyway. Sometimes I wished I knew less. The more u noe, the more u wish u hadn't knew. Aye. Contradictory. I shall go complain to sister poh suan instead. At least she tells me what I should do and stuff. wheee! I tell you. I luurrvveee my mentor to bits.
Rah. And that stoooopppiiddd boy. Hmph. U should feel bad about what u've backstabbbbb-ed me. :)) But I'm ever most willing to forgive u. :))
Anyway! I went back to training, and Oh my, it was disgusting and utterly crampy.
Considering the fact that I've not ran since the last training. It was bbaaaddd when I started. And cause I woke up in the afternoon, I had my brunch at 2 or so? Then I rushed off to training. Wasn't early, yet neither was I the latest. Phew.
Lets cut short the story to the cool part. So I was doing the drills and all. Oh my. The chicken backside made my legs wobble and tremble. Had difficulty running and all. (I hope my butt doesn't expand any further with all the chicken backside I'm doing). On the third lap, I was dying. Then! I decided I couldn't take it anymore. So I rested on the rest of the laps. The next thing that happened, is disgusting. If u can't take the trauma. Please stop HERE!
Yeah. I vomitted my brunch. BUt it wasn't the whole brunch. It was a nice circular shape, diameter of about 10cm. And u could see all the maggi mee strands in there. Looks like they didn't reallie get digested properly. It was like eggy looking. :S Suuppperr sick. So I decided to evacuate to da toilet. Then after a while, I vomitted 5 more times, which made my stomach ache so bad.
Oh. but I continued playing the matches, cause manjit called me in. LOL! If not I would have sat at the stands, make merry and grow fat. Oh well.
And now? The aftermath of not running for MONTHS!.... I've got muscle pull everywhere. Left, right, center, up, down, u name it, u got it! Yikes. And my muscles keep tensing up, everytime it does, I cannot move. :S And it hurts sooo bad!! Aiyoh. lesson learnt: do ur warm ups and cool down properly...
