I Haven't updated in a while... And aiyoh.. can't remember what has been happening.. But one thing's for sure, von has been HEAPS busy! Arugh. This semester is a killer, and I've yet to find my internship. Please keep her in prayer? She needs to find one. :((

Anywayy, so here's what has been happening after the Brisbane trip:
MYC - Mid-Year-Conference. It was on "MY CROSS" was reallie good. I learnt heaps... But 2 of the biggest thing I got from it was this:

1. How the power of cross enables us to say NO to sin. I guess sometimes it's reallie easy to find an excuse to sin - we're sinful by nature.. can't help it. But I learnt that, no, we can actually overcome it. And we have the power to say no, because Jesus died on the cross for us. :) The Power of the Cross.

2. It's not easy to deny yourself, pick up the cross and follow Him. Many times we have to make godly decisions and it's superbly not easy. I'm currently struggling with quite a bit, and I'm planning to execute my plan end of this year, and I pray it won't be difficult, and that God's good plans can enfold in us. :)

Played many many games: one of which is "who am i"The different groups are splited up.. They had like the faculty groups - engineering, arts, commerce, etc, Pelita (Indonesian group), IBF (that's us!), MBF (chinese), Canto group, UniChurch (the ang-moh group of FOCUS - Pelita, IBF, MBF and canto all fall under this), etc etc etcc...

And we helped out at the maggi mee booth.Anndd then it was the start of the semester. Ohhh boy, it was crazzyy. Now it's the mid-sem break which I'm soooo thankful to God for. Finally can rest :)

Oh, and recently we celebrate Shawanna's 21st birthday. erh, actually we celebrated alot of birthdays throughout lah. lol.

Okay, I shan't type anymore, gotta prepare for this friday's bible study. :)) Catch up with all of you very very soon!
