Time for an update! Y


The holidays are finally here!
Much to do, not much time though.
Made a trip down to melbourne city and shivered in the madness cold weather - "we've warmed up to 7 degrees" was what she said.

Ran into Tim Burton's exhibition, was amazed at the mind of TB.
It was classic burton, funny, a little ghoulish and a tad awkward.
Enjoyed his pun with words and funky drawings. Best poem was "The Blind Date"

My first date I thought
would really be great.
My friend said you’re
set with a beautiful blind date

............

I said to my friend
You lied to me
You said she was blind
But still she could see!

Cooooll huh? Okay, so the middle part was missing. But the jest of it remains.
Favourite character was definitely Vincent. Because it portrayed TB best.





Then we chomm-ed our way through the streets of melbourne, snapping graffiti and shopping in the 2-for-$5 shops. (whoa, so cheeeaaapp!)
Had a short 3 minute encounter with Huang (better than nothing).
And saw like a million and one singaporeans there! O_o
Soon, the 2 days were up and it was time to depart.
Came home, had a nap till eternity.
And tomorrow! I head to the lab to start my experiments. Woo!
